After using their parking garage for about a year, one night someone smashed my car window in and pulled out my car stereo. Management has done very little. They have made small efforts (ie silly paper fliers that say "make sure garage door is closed" or even a newsletter that talked about many other things and at the end mentioned "oh and there have been some thefts in the garage, dont let people in the front door that you dont know."
Everyone in this building is approaching middle age, and in some sort of crazy thing to help themselves feel younger, they live here, trying to be hip. And thus, when they go in and out the front door, people hold the door open for others who could or could not live here- becuase they wanna be hip and nice. blah
Also, "celebrities" (ie a seattle storm member, and a rumoured Mariner)
And make sure you like dogs when you move here, because it's really "hip" to own them here.
Ive used the hot tub once since i moved here, it's located next to these little condos connected to the roof of the parking garage, right next to their front doors and windows, so dont expect any hot tub lovin.
Also, if i renew my lease right now my apartment is going to be $400 less because EVERY MONTH they do a rent market survey and change the prices constantly (wish i knew that when i moved in) ...
Anywho, im just telling you the bad parts, the good parts:
-No noise at all!
-high ceilings
-awesome views
-washer/dryer inside the units
-great location
