McGuire Apartments

Great (so far) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I just moved into the McGuire apartments about two weeks ago. Of course, I haven't been here very long, but it seems really great so far. The residents are friendly (if not a little too yuppie) and everyone seems to enjoy living here and take pride in their surroundings. Everything is kept very clean by both the staff and the residents. A couple of things of note: 1. Parking garage - There are plenty of spaces and it seems to be very secure... 2. Gym - A couple of treadmills, a rack of dumbells, two universal machines, and a punching bag. It's functional, if not the largest gym ever. 3. My one beef - When I originally contacted the McGuire, they told me that sewer, trash, and water were paid for. However, when I showed up to move in (after 3000 miles of travel), they said that only the gas used to heat the water was paid for. They have said that the policy changed just days before I committed to them (which sucks, but I have no reason to think they're lying). Overall, I would definitely reccommend the McGuire apartments.
