McGuire Apartments

Great Location Poor Building From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The good news is that the building is in an awesome location. In addition, the tenants are mostly young and hip. Frequent Complaints -Parking is so tight that tenants would be advised to park on the street. -High School gyms have higher-grade carpets, molding, appliances, cabinets and lighting. -No Apartment storage. -The building common areas are not very well maintained. -The gym and media room would be well suited for a college dorm, not upper end Belltown apartment. -Noise is a big problem. Street level fans, constant neighbor door slamming, and thin walls make The McGuire a total nightmare. -Finally, the office staff is very disorganized and hapless. The surprising thing is that they treat actual tenants better than potential renters. My lease is almost up and I dont plan to renew it.
