McGuire Apartments

was going to rent,.. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   As a new resident of Seattle, I had to find an apartment in the city quickly. I narrowed my search down to the Belltown area, and after hearing wonderful comments about the McGuire by a co-worker, thought I would check it out. Because I was living with friends in a temporary arragement,I went with the intention of putting a deposit down and renting if they had any availability. I was absolutely appauled by the office/rental staff at this building. I was not rude or demanding, but simply asked to see prices/availability. I guess the staff is not really interested in renting, because they treated me as if I was doing them a disservice. They were rude, and had no customer service /sales skills at ALL. I made up my mind at that moment that it was NOT a place for me. I thanked them for their time before I got the heck out of there. I chose another apartment building in Belltown that was a heck of a lot more accomodating! I'm glad the staff showed their claws and I got out of the McGuire early on.
