McGuire Apartments

I miss this place... From: tererubi@sbcglobal.net Date posted: 12/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I just recently moved to the Bay area. I dislike the apartment I currently live in and I am actively trying to find a new place to reside. I am still hoping to find an apartment complex like I had with the Mcguire. To no avail. We had it made there. Two blocks from the water with great views from most units. As far as the parking spots they are tight but you learn real quick how to master that issue. The best part is how quiet the units are. I never even heard the washer/dryer from the units next to me. The conceirge was always helpful. Our rent went down a considerable amount when we went to sign up for a new lease. We lived there for 1.5 years and would still be there if it wasn't for a job transfer. There are always going to be certain issues in every place but, I have to say with all the apartments I have had the opportunity to live the Mcguire was the absolute best by far!
