McGuire Apartments

Rip-off. Dont rent here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Ill sum it up in a few sentences. Looks nice on the outside, but CHEAP on the inside. So, cheap, they couldnt even put fixtures in the bedroom, used track lighting all over the place, and didnt even put a soap dish in the shower!!! Parking is a nightmare-again due to the owners designing tiny garage-if you have anything bigger than a mini, you have to make 3 point turns to get in an out. Staff is a nightmare-not all of them, but about half unprofessional and unfriendly. They will try to gouge you for every extra penny they can. Dont believe any of this' Go check it out before you move in. Look VERY closely, and dont let them pull wool over your eyes. Their are plenty of other buildings in Belltown where you get what you pay for. NOT here though!
