Mixed Bag From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   There is no reason to live in this building unless you have one of the higher corner units on the south side. That is because the views are the best feature of the place. The finishes are cheap overall and the spaces are on the small side. The biggest problem is the staff, and I wish we could name names. Ask anyone living there and they will be able to tell you the name of the beatch that runs things. Harbor Properties would be wise to replace her. Other staff ranges from good to simply incomepetent. There is no 24 hour concierge and they lock packages up in their store room when they leave for the day. Whenever I asked a question they look at me completely confused. The residents also could use a better screening process. I went to use the fitness room one morning to find beer bottles lying on the floor and the community room smelling like a fraternity house after a party. As a young professional paying a decent amount of money for an apartment in a "nice" building, I was pretty disappointed. Seattle is still missing truly nice "full service" apartment options and this is just another example of the shoddy stuff available.
