McGuire Apartments

Looks nice but smells like ashtray ... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   There is definitely something wrong with the ventilation system. I was just researching to see how I can have authorities to come in and inspect it. My whole floor smells like an ashtray. My bedroom smells worse than a bar. Apparently someone has moved in to our floor recently and he smokes. Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against smoking and I used to smoke. But I don't like that the smell gets to all other units and the hallway. I was kind of embarrassed when some of my friends came to visit me last night. This is supposed to be an up-scale building but smells like an old bar. I think they should fix the ventilation system or make the whole building non-smoking. And a few weeks ago someone did a nice job on my car (scratched it the whole way on one side ). I don't say anything about staff. Just read others reviews and you get a good idea. I only recommend this place if You don't mind people shouting in the street at 3 am (only on weekends though) You really love dogs You don't mind staff with an attitude You don't mind cheap interior design You don't have a car You don't have a child
