Cant wait to move out! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Honestly folks, if you like the following and want to pay high rent for them: 1. Loud frat house parties. 2. People who have no respect for others. 3. A parking garage where you are GUARANTEED to get dings, scratches or even dents in your car because the owners were too cheap to leave out one more space and add a little extra room-i.e. enough space where you dont have to make an 8 pt turn to get out. 4. Cheap construction. Then this is the place for you. Oh yah, one more thing-the blding owners and mgmt could care less about the above-that's a fact. It actually cracked me up to read the prior negative comments because they are all spot on! If you are a young or old professional, this is NOT the place to be. If you are a borderline homeless youth with rich parents paying your rent, then its perfect.
