Overpriced and disorganized

This is an expensive place - and I thought it was worth it at first. I believed I was paying extra for service and professionalism. Instead, I discovered that this place is extremely disorganized when recording rent and parking payments (they couldn't tell you what you paid, even when you present them with cancelled checks) and they do nothing to control problems tenants. If you call them about a problem, be prepared to continue calling - I don't remember them ever calling me back when they found the answer to a question or found out that they had miscalculated after sending me a bill I had already paid. Dirt blows in through the windows and covers everything. They've sent out many notices saying they need to fix this or that - oh, and they give you about a six-week window of entry so you can't tell exactly when they're coming. I can't wait to move out.
