The McGuire apartments are overpriced. This has improved a little bit, since they've recently had to actually lower the rents significantly just to keep people living here. But they're still overpriced.
For the money, you get nasty carpeting (office buildings are usually better), hideous bare concrete columns in every apartment, drab white decor, a noisy location, and elevators that don't quite work right.
On the upside, there is W/D in every apt., all appliances, and you only pay utilities for electricity. And there is a concierge service. This is supposed to be a "luxury" apartment complex after all. If it wasn't so hideously ugly, they might be able to back up that claim.
The workout room is small, but somewhat functional.
