ok place if u want to be left alone From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   Lived there for a few years. Office people never once addressed me by my name. Moved to Queen Anne. More bang for your money. pros: 1. excellant location 2. newer apt w/ amenities 3. friendly maintenance staff 4. easy recycling cons: 1. Office staff & concierge do not care much about residence. Very Grouchy. You feel bad trying to pick up a package!! 2. Gym is very dirty & TV remote is always broken. 3. Hot tub is even dirtier 4. in general: lots of little things not right 5. parking is too tight & my car got stolen once. 6. pet piss smell 7. no private summer lounging area 8. charge to use the party room 9. loud drunks
