I used to think this was a great building. Not so much anymore. The new management has completely sucked all of the personality from the building. While I realize they are running a business I also think they need to realize they are in the business of customer relations. They generally make you feel like a nuisance and that they are doing you a favor by merely letting you occupy the same air space as them. The assistant manager couldn't be a worse fit for an upscale building in belltown and doesn't seem to know how to deal with the clientele. The building itself is nice, the views are great and the maintenance guy is pretty awesome!

I agree - every since riverstone took over management of the mcguire the service has vanished. rarely is anyone even working in ther offices in the lobby, communication with residents stinks, upkeep of the bldg has gone downhill, and the resident community itself has taken a turn for the worse. riverstone is so anxious to keep the building occupied they'll rent to anyone - so no we have residents who treat the building like garbage: leaving empty beer cans in the elevators, dumping garbage in the lobby and common areas and vandalizing the elevators by carving initials and such in teh woodgrain panels. what used to be a great, upscale place to live has become a trailer park. and try to contact riverstone about this; you can't. they're not even listed. nice job.
