Mercedes Apartments

Good location, fair rent... From: lisadanger Date posted: 5/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I never had many problems living here. Everything worked, the managers were fine and always returned my calls. The only problem I had was from the building next door - it was getting remodeled and the construction workers crashed into my car TWICE. That construction is over though and had nothing to do with the Mercedes Apartments. Pros - the rent is fair for the location, it's close to everything, it's not falling apart, the neighbors were quiet for the most part. It has reserved assigned parking too! Cons- it's a smoking building, so you can smell smoke in your apartment, which gets really nasty. I'm a smoker, but I smoke OUTSIDE. Paper thin walls, can hear everything my upstairs neighbors talked about. I'd still recommend the Mercedes though.
