I loved living here! It seems like it would be a loud area close to I-5, but it's really a pretty quiet building. The apartments are huge, with fireplaces, new carpet, and washers/dryers. I made several friends in the building, and had friendly neighbors. The on-site manager is great - very professional and available. Amenities are good - there isn't a gym or pool, but the whole place is DSL wired, cable is easy to set up (they come to you), W/D in each unit, rooftop garden/grill/patio with amazing views of downtown, Lake Union, etc. Overall it's just a clean, new, friendly place.
