Over priced and under friendly From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The staff is horrible - they raise your rent drastically when your lease expires. Maintenance requests take forever and then nothing is fixed. Break-ins happen all the time yet nothing is done about it. Cars, storage units and apartments get burglarized. My packages were stolen even though it's a secure building - so maybe the there is a tenant stealing. It's noisy and not all that clean. I would definitely rent else where.
