Decent Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   My only complaint is that it is slightly overpriced and because Seattle has no rent control laws, I've watched my rent go up 18% one year and then another 14% the following. That said, I haven't moved because rent has raised equivalently at other buildings in the area and moving would not bring it down enough to make it worth giving up my view.
