You pay too much to live here. $1245 a month for a one room apartment and they are so cheap that I have to buy the batteries for the smoke alarms. Several times someone has urinated in the elevators.

They do nothing about the noise. This place has the highest turn over rate of anywhere I've ever lived.

The management is never here. They won't do anything about noise complaints. I've yet to meet anyone who actually likes living here. They don't return calls. You have to keep calling until someone actually answers the phone.

They have lost several packages that were mailed to me. Again, they say there's nothing they can do.

There is no cross ventilation so it's hot in the summer. The place seems like the trash compactor and exhaust fumes. They never turn on any fans. There are vents but no air ever moves out of them. The window in the 1 bedroom apartments are set up in a way that doesn't allow for any air movement.

The building is built so bad that you can hear every footstep of your neighbors as well as other noises that I won't mention.

I expect better for the price they ask.
