I just moved into metro on first and I have to say that this apartment building is working out great. The Management staff has been very nice, and I had a problem with my apartment immediately (which I feared) but it was fixed that day! The Deck on the top rocks and I love the view.
Only down side is the parking, just like anywhere in Seattle. Spots are small and scare, but it has been like that the past 3 buildings I have lived in.

You just moved there so management is still talking to you. Give it a couple weeks and *poof* they are gone. As a long-time resident (1.5 years is long-time here) I will say managment has gone far, far downhill. And for that we get an increase in rent.
As the only positive review of MoF I have seen on any review site I must wonder if you are the owner or member of the property management team. This place is awful in every way but location.

The person who wrote the positive review must work for management. No one I know that lives in the building likes it there. Everyone seems to be waiting until their lease is up to get out. This is the worst place I've ever lived. The noise and the trash are a nightmare. The management are completely unprofessional and rude.

I agree that this review must come from the management company. Equity is horrible. I'll never rent from them again.
