I've lived at this place for over a year. The new leasing company is awful!! They are the rudest of any place I've ever lived. I've had several packages stolen. The tracking has the management people's signature but no package. They could care less. They don't return phone calls. When you do get someone they are rude and I've even had one lady hang up on me.

None of the rules concerning noise and trash are followed. They just want your money and could care less about everything else. None of them even live in the building so on Sundays and after hours it's a free for all. If someone throws up in the elevators on Saturday there's no one in to clean until late Monday. Nothing like paying too much money for a small apartment that smell and having to smell someone's drunk vomit. The security is a joke. Cars and apartments have been broken into. The security cameras aren't even monitored or recorded even when they are working. There is no on site security. The police have no way of getting into the building unless you go down and let them in.

The apartment is small and badly built. I hear everything from my neighbors and I mean everything. The floors have no insulation so you hear people walking in the outside halls in your bedroom. The water bill for one person is around $90 a month. Since the new leasing company has taken over my bill has doubled even though I'm not there all of the time.

The trash dumpster sits next to the elevator so the smell comes up through the shaft.

The parking lot is littered with trash so much that you have to drive through it to get out. I've had to have my tires patched 3 times since the new management has taken over. They seem to only have the dumpsters emptied a couple of times a month. My car has been dinged from the large SUVs parking too close and hitting my car. There aren't 3 garages - there's only one. I don't know what the last poster is talking about unless it's management trying to up their ratings.

The leasing people are a nightmare. From my experience I would have to say to run from anything with the leasing company called Equity.

Turns out there are 3 garages. There are 2 assigned ones and 1 unassigned. And they've got separate entrances. Can you really live here and not know this??

I don't know why your water bills are so high -- mine have been under $40 per month and I'm here all the time. I've been doing loads of laundry as well. Either you consume an absurd volume of water or something's messed up with your bill. How many units are being used per month?

As I said to the previous poster (who is probalbly you as well anyway so why am I wasting my time?...), you can break your lease for 1x month's rent. But having been here your lease is up anyway. So why are you still here if it's "so bad"?

I'm not going to say this place is perfect (e.g., its use of slow/overpriced Millennium Cable rather than Comcast), but IMO it's far from bad and is in fact, all around, one of the best places to rent in Seattle if it's in your budget.

This place is a nightmare. Cars have been borken into several times. SUVs and long bed trucks block cars and you have to call a tow truck just to go to work. My car has been damamged several times.

The management does nothing about the crime going on in the building.

The water bills are more than $40 a month for most people. Mine has been averaging $60 a month.

This place is not worth the money. For the amount you are charged you should get a safe, clean, and quiet place, not this nightmare.
