Yo!

Don't live here

If you drive by you'll notice moving trucks just about every day - that's the people leaving this building. Since Equity took over the building it has just gone down hill. They shampoo the carpets in the hallway with no ventilation and it smells like a wet dog at all times. Cars get broken into, packages stolen - and all this in a "secure" building. Maintenance requests take far too long especially for the rent you pay to live in this building. The noise is horrible and not even the noise from the street - you can hear everything (and I mean everything) your neighbors do. The garbage is next to the elevator so fumes come up and permiate all floors. Definitely look around before moving here.
