The building is pretty nice overall, and the management team usually responds to work requests within two to three days. Sometimes they respond the next day, it seems to depend on the type of work you need done.
Dowside, the rent is slightly overpriced for what you're getting, but sometimes you can't be too picky in this neighborhood. Also, they have a lot of car break-ins in their supposed "secure garage." They overcharge for the parking due to the hazards of paying for a garage and a sense of safety. You can find almost always find a spot, but it's scary knowing you might return to a missing window and lots of damage.
As far as the staff goes, some of them are great while others are not very friendly or helpful. The worst is that the main guy in charge, Kris, is nice somedays and very rude others. He's also changed his mind on the prices of rent around the time the lease is over. It's a bit shady.
