I've lived here almost a year, and I found the place on craigslist. I spoke with Megan who turned out to be a low pressure, girl next door, wonderful experience in leasing, and signing the lease, and moving in.
Which brings me to my next point: when I moved in my place it was clean, there was nothing wrong with it, everything worked, and I finally had the opportunity to meet the fellow responsible for maintanence in the building and his name is Jeff. He will go far and beyond what his normal duties are weither it's changing license plates on my car or helping me carry in something heavy.
So by all means if you can afford to live downtown this is the place to be!
