The place is a nightmare. Several times someone has thrown up in the elevator and was left that way for the weekend.

Parking is a nightmare and if you come in after 6pm you won't have a place to park. The noise is constant. Several cars have been broken into and management has done nothing to make the place safer. Anyone can get into the place. They don't even have security in the building.

The summers are a nightmare since the management doesn't have the compactor working full time and the smell from rotting trash goes through not only the parking garage but the building. The place is so hot you have to keep your windows open and the noise from the drunks on the street is constant.

The management people are nice until you rent then they are the rudest. They will not miss an opportunity to rip you off and charge you double for what other apartments offer for free. They don't even return phone calls.

Wow, I completely disagree with most of what you say. Yes, there are some problems, but what do you expect when you live downtown in a large apartment building?

This is entirely not true. I have lived in this building for 3 years and have NEVER seen an elevator with vomit in it. I have seen dog pee from a puppy, which was cleaned up immediately by the owner. The trash complaint is not true either. I live near the shoot and smell nothing. I have smelled a faint trash smell in the first floor but only once in 3 years, isolated incident. The place does not have security beyond the key entry. Also they are beginning to rent the parking garage to the public during the day. This is an issue in my opinion when it comes to security, however, I've never heard of an apt being broken into. Yes, there has been some car looting but this exists in all downtown apt buildings, it is part of the risk of living in downtown in a major city. on the managetment...Megan is great, she's been nothing but nice. The new female manager however shows up for work when she feels like it and leaves early making it impossible to get anything from the office on a monday (megan's day off). This is super annoying. The previous manager was much nicer and got things accomplished although I'm still waiting on the new grills he told me he "purchased" when the building was first taken over by Equity.
