This used to be nice building. People are now disrespectful. There are load parties on the roof, garbage left everywhere including the common areas and the elevator. Cars are getting broke into all the time. The manager is nice, but has no power to get anything done it seems. No tanning bed since it shorted out. A recent fire has one resident without a bedroom for almost two months. Ex-residents are allowed to wander in and out drunk at all hours even when they have been asked by several tenants to leave. A distrubed ex tenant often can be seen sleeping in the doorway if she is unable to get inside. Slow repairs and lack of enforcement have lowered this property to a level that is not worth the money. Look elsewhere.
