THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN! APARTMENT MANAGER DOES NOT GET ANYTHING DONE!! We moved here recently, and everything that we needed fixed has still not been fixed. We reported it about five times in the last few months and one thing has not been taken care of. The maintanance person at one point even said he never got a request from the manager. The one attempt they took was to come in and stretch the carpet (took two months after we moved in) and the guy said he couldnt do it because it was not his job, left the mess, and the manager knew he left but failed to help us further. Every time you go in the office, the lady is sitting on Aol Instant Messenger, and does not even look up to answer your question. She is rarely ever in the office during work hours, soemtimes even the whole day. There is never a sign that says if she will be back. She is never in a good mood, seems like constant pms, and never greets us. Many of the residents agree and say she does not take care of anything. Ironically she lives onsite but obviously she is milking her job for the free apartment because does not help the residents. OBviously the company does not give a damn about the apartment because nothing has been done to change anything. Also, we pay $100/month for parking, in which we were given one space that was too small. We had to park outside and got a $40 ticket. She said that they were 100% occupied so we couldnt have anything, yet the garage always seems pretty empty. When we finally put our foot down, she gave us a parking spot one minute later so of course she was lying to us. There have also been a couple fires the past couple months in which the tenants were outside for about an hour. There are many bums around the building and the security obviously doesnt prevent break ins. I WOULD NOT recommend.
