This is one of the worst places I've ever lived in. First of all, if I pay $100/mo. per parking space in which I have 2, I expect to be able to park and go home after a long days work. Unfortunately living here doesn't provide that. It took 3 months to finally get my parking spaces. I still have been waiting another 3 months to getting my garbage disposal fixed, bathroom sink, ceiling fans, closet, carpet and intercom. These problems have been told to the property mgr. multiple times when she actually shows up to work. Considering she shows up 3 out of the 5 days she's supposed to be there and leaves early on the days she does. My advice to anyone inquiring about this apt. is "DO NOT MOVE IN HERE" Besides do you really want to put your home in the hands of an uncaring property management company and an idiot for a property mgr'!'
