Metropolitan Park Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Read the comments please! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   We have lived here for a year and a half. In the beginning it was awesome- very friendly apartment manager, pretty nice place. Now, the new apartment manager is a cousin of satan, weve had several unexplained fires, the tanning bed burned down and wasnt replaced, there have been multiple break-ins, the bbq was taken away, the building is falling apart on both sides from water damage (nothing was built to code in 1991), and the company has no records from the previous apartment manager so is not honoring anyones leases, security deposits, or last month rent paid. Safety is a huge issue, as we live right next to a park where drug addicts are a major problem and often only one entrance/exit door works (maintenance here is a joke- nothing is ever fixed). Please do yourself a HUGE favor and do not even think about living here, your experience will be miserable.
