unhelpful staff AND maintanance ( we were missing a pole in the closet when we moved in and they woke us up in the wee hours of morning 7 months later to ask if we still needed it. ) the manager gets nothing done at all and the carpet that was messed up so many months ago is still not fixed. we even contacted the company that owns this complex and they did not even contact us back. had so many issues with parking (the spot was given away to other people numerous times) and there are always bums and crackheads lingering outside. there has been car break-ins in the garage (regardless of the locks) and two of my friends have had their car broken into when they parked outside (with everything stolen from stereo to dental x-rays and work badges) in the last month. plus that, we caught one break-in in action and the guy ran away but came back a few weeks later and thats when one of the break ins happened. the only good thing is the location and view. but the noise is really loud with sirens, etc since theres a fire dept/hospital down the street. there are much much nicer/cleaner apts for around the same price. i will definitely be leaving after the lease.
