Convenient Location & Friendly Neighbors From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Great location and walking distance to International District as well as to the metro area. My neighbors are quiet and friendly as well as the Manager. The building is well maintained and kept. The maintenance workers could use improvement by skills as well as cleaning up their mess when completing their work. Although they maybe slow, but they still get the job done. Overall, I like living here and will continue to stay. The rent is worth it. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
