I have lived in the apt. for a year now and it's been bad ever since. When I first moved in there were multiple car break ins despite secured doors and cameras. Just recently a pipe broke in the building after one of many numerous unexplained fires and everytime my neighbors upstairs would bathe or use the toilet, water would drip from the ceiling, light fixtures or wall. It was disgusting. I still don't know if the water that was coming down was yellow because rust from pipes or because it was the pee coming from the toilet. Either way I felt like I was living in a slum. The worst part is that after I told management, nothing was fixed for a week and a half. Could you live with this type of ignorance and smell' If you can then this is the place to be. Another thing is my mail was not sent to my apt, by accident. Instead of it being sent back to the sender, it was places out in the open for other people to open and take. I don't mind if it's junk mail, but I do when it involes my credit card statements and other confidential matters. Like I said earlier...just plain IGNORANCE
