I just read the last review about the current Manager being "by the book". IF she stayed in the office/showing apartments instead of socializing with her fat friends perhaps she would be "by the book". If she took care of residents and wasn't a hag and didn't discriminate, perhaps she would be "by the book". If she provided customer service and treated everyone the same, she would be a "by the book Manager". It won't be long before this one make a huge mistake and has a lawsuit thrown on her or the owner of the building. The residents all loath her. Don't live here if you want to live in peace and be treated decently.
