The leasing agen Toni is terrible. She has made my stay here unbearable. She is extremely unorganized, very rude and stubborn. Even when she knows she is in the wrong, she has done nothing to right the situation. Not only is she terrible, but she is never availible. She is never in the office. Almost everytime I try to see her or even walk by the office she is never there and theres no notcie of where she is or when she'll be back. And when she is there, shes talking to friend on AIM or on the phone and often makes you wait until she is finished. Her incompetance has made my stay here horrible and I would highly not recommend this place. The apartments are nice, and the view is great but for the amount of crap you have to deal with from this lady, its not worth it. One example is the term of my lease allows for 5 days to make the payment before its late. Some of their newer leases only allow for three. On the fourth day I received a notice of my immediate payment including late fee or for my immediate eviction. When I brought it to her attention that my lease said I had 5 days she said no until I made her pull it out and showed her. At this point, she did not even apologize. She instead said that I should have paid it by the first to avoid this hastle and that I was lucky she didn't charge the late fee to me even though she legally couldn't. This place sucks. Stay away. And to any firemen that might be staioned in the new fire house next door they're building, I would highly suggest finding a different more professional/organized apartment complex away from this woman. I know its right across the street, but if you want to live in a place where theres no confusion, everythings organized, the staff is courteous and friendly etc, I would definately recommend you look elsewhere. There are many apartments just as nice in the same area but with a much better manager that treats you like a tenant and not someone that is going out of their way just to do their job. And if anyone on the management staff is reading this, I made it a point to distribute a memo to all the firehouses in the area and let them know that anyone that is transferring over here should steer clear of your building until this woman is fired or removed and a better manager is put in place who respects the tenants and their concerns and actually is in the office during office hours.

I agreed this tenant is telling the truth. Toni is too fake on the phone. She may sound innocent and very nice on the phone, but when meeting her face to face - she has this dual facial bias expression look. In addition, it feels like she is trying to get rid of the old tenants by replacing new one. Also, she is qouting to high on the rent. I think I better of buying a house for this price which I am currently paying.
