Toni, the apartment manager, is terrible..
i moved here in september from colorado and thought that this was the best place to live being from a small town and moving to a big city. i was very wrong.
after one day of being late on my rent, she put up an eviction notice. when i confronted her about it she said it was her mistake but that i had to pay the legal fees because it had already been sent through... (of course i argued and she paid)
then she assigned a parking spot to me and almost got my car towed because she said that wasn't my spot. very unorganized.. after all of that frusteration, i asked her for a different spot and she sold my current spot to another tenant and told me i had to pay a 100 fee to get it back. (but i had never given her my garage door opener.) she sold it without even speaking to me. how retarded can she be!!!!
today i come home from a long day at work and am expecting a package from home, i come to find it out in the open completly rifled through and items are missing. very irresponsible... if anyone wants to go through half the things that i have had to go through in 6 months then have at it .. but i don't recommend moving here until the managment problem has been solved!
