If you have a job and have to be up early - this place is not the right place for Professionals. Since the new Manager and her idiot assistant who's always on his personal phone calls constantly and always out of the office. As written by the Manager - Toni "we will do anything to help "Accomodate" you. My butt - accomodate. Each morning going to work, I hated those smokers inside the elevator and trashing their garbage everywhere. If you pay the high price in this competive market rate - My suggestion is to shop around. There are better places than living here with those late night parties and trash everywhere.

You bet that's right since the new Manager, Toni from Pinnacle Management a.k.a. American Management, doesn't have that much knowledge and same goes with her puppy Josh, Assistant Manager who is really rude and an idiot with very little knowledge in customer service.

Most tenants are moving out because of her bad Management.
