The first month I was there, I was told I could pay the rent by Visa. All I had to do just send a fax and that's it. I asked the manager if I should confirm or not and she said NO ... and you know what a week later I got fine for not paying the rent in time!!. In fact the management never got the fax (which I doubt it).
One day I told her that I was waiting a very important package which I should be notified immediately when it arrived. It took "just" two days for me to get the package!! This is because she was never on site all the time!
There are lots of bad things to tell you about the management, but I just don't want to hold this grudge forever. I am just glad that I have been out there (Thank God!).
So I don't recommend it at all!!
