Just like everyone else I'm going to give my 2 cents.
I just recently moved into the apartment a month ago. Everyone was nice and friendly including the manager (TOni). But once you're in the apartment! that's when the nice part goes down hill. The ONLY person that is nice who works at the apartment is "ED". Toni belittles my conversation(s) with her when I have issues or a request. Toni should not be the property manager. Her "nice" personality is to the face but when you're asking for request or anything regarding the building. She needs to be more educated!
So for the most part if you want to live in a nice apartment for a high price - This apartment is great for you! If you want to be talked to like a little school kid and Toni talk to you like she didn't talk to you 5 mins ago on the same subject. And tell you different information??s all the time. MOVE IN!!
Management 101 is a good start for the apartment manager
