Metropolitan Park Apartments

Nice but no From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived here for about 2 1/2 years and my lease is about up and they want to raise my rent 200 more dollars a month. During the time of my tenancy they have switched managers at least 3 times and settled with the worst one out of all of them.... She left for a little bit and I thought there was hope but then she came back and in the middle of my lease raised my parking another 25 dollars and then told me that parking was separate from what we signed on the lease, even though it said the price of parking on the actual lease. On the good side though they do allow dogs that are huge and have nice big windows. Also they have a washer and dryer in every unit. Being in the area that it is in though they have made the prices similar to Belltown.. my advice... go live in Belltown.
