Military stay away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived at MP for 6 months. I'm in the military and deploy every 6 months. I was told when I moved in that I could drop off checks in advance to have deposited on the first of each month. I tried to do this and made it clear to the gentleman in the office the check would not be good until the 1st. A week later I recieve a letter from my bank saying my check bounced. It was the 22 of feb. When I asked the office they said it was my fault for dropping the check off early and that I had to pay a $25.00 fee for a returned check even though they admitted fault and apologized over and over they still want me to pay a fee. This whole time I'm talking to a guy that can't do anything about it. He has to call Toni for all of the info. I was told after my check bounced that they can't keep a check more than 48 hours. I should have been told this when I dropped off my check...they should have never taken the check from me. I agree with everyone else about ED. ED is awesome and very friendly. The Management is extremely fake and doesn't care. Toni is rarely in the office and she is the only one that can take care of any office issues. This is a very nice building but the management is a huge pain to deal with. They're very difficult to get a hold of.
