Getting dinged every which way with costs and/or deposits...

You still shouldn't live here, because the management is ATROCIOUS.
Examples: Losing your rent check, and then proceeding to charge a $70-80 late fee!
-Hours of 10:00-4:00 realistically.
-No personal contact-all communications are taped to your door-including billing matters!
To get a good gauge at this management's care toward its tenants, one need not look any further then the front door - on which you'll find an emergency contact #. When dialed however, you find it goes directly to the office of which no one is there past 5:00'!'!'!
It's overpriced and not worth a day nevermind, a year of your life.
