Downright Horrible Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I you can stand the noise of I-5 being less than 100 yeards away & The enourmous abundance of homeless tramps living literally, in your backyard & The 2 month wait you must endure for routine maintenance requests & Getting dinged every which way with costs and/or deposits... You still shouldn't live here, because the management is ATROCIOUS. Examples: Losing your rent check, and then proceeding to charge a $70-80 late fee! -Hours of 10:00-4:00 realistically. -No personal contact-all communications are taped to your door-including billing matters! To get a good gauge at this management's care toward its tenants, one need not look any further then the front door - on which you'll find an emergency contact #. When dialed however, you find it goes directly to the office of which no one is there past 5:00'!'!'! It's overpriced and not worth a day nevermind, a year of your life.
