I was a tenant of Metropolitain Park Apts for 8 months under old management and the new one. The old management had a short timers attitude and did not really care if things were taken care of or not. I had items waiting for repair that never got addressed. The new management was all smiles when I was checking out and assured me that I would get my full deposit back. That was 2 months ago. I have called repeatedly (3 total) and spoken with the manager who has told me that it has just been sent out. Make them give you your deposit back when you turn in your keys.
The dog park up the street is the local hang out for all the homeless drug addicts who can't sleep in the shelters because they are high. The summer months are the best because it truely is like summer camp up there.
