My husband and I just moved to Seattle and have lived at MET Park for one month. Everything has been exceptional! The manager is super attentive and is very helpful. She is friendly and is trying to make efforts to unite the residents. She just planned a gathering for our whole community this past weekend. I have seen nothing but the utmost professionalism from her. She makes sure the building is looking good and remaining safe at all times! The noise is minimal and is due to either the emergency vehicles (fire trucks, police cars, and helicopters from the hospital)or the trash truck on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I believe that you would have noise anywhere you lived in the city so it is bearable. We love our apartment! It is a spacious studio with a laundry room w/d included a patio and a HUGE walk in closet. In my opinion you couldnt find a better deal! Come check it out for yourself! You'll see what I mean!
