Metropolitan Park Apartments

Excellent choice with few drawbacks. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Well-built building with secure parking and great views. Right on the edge of the International District and Pioneer Square, good food and shopping are close. Buses are only a block away and so is Harborview. Helicopters come and go hourly and they can be noisy, but not too much of a distraction. Cleanliness suffers due to only one maintenance person for 84 units. Manager doesn't live onsite, and doesn't have much budget, but she does have anything reported fixed right away. I'd rate it a 8.5 on 1 to 10.
