Comfortable, quiet, convenient From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   Small building with four floors. Well-built, quiet, thick doors (so you can't hear people in the hallway). Units are small but have almost-full size washer and dryer and a good-sized kitchen with lots of cabinet space. Management is very nice, very capable handyman, quick service. Building accepts cats AND dogs, and yet still manages to keep the complex pretty quiet and clean. The bus downtown is right around the corner. You're within walking distance of the local community college, grocery store, and a short drive away is Northgate Mall, Greenlake and Woodland Park.
