| | Walking distance to Fremont, Wallingford, Greenlake, easy to get downtown. The building's very quiet except for some road noise at ground level on the Aurora Ave side. Nice locked parking garage with good lighting.

| | This place is filthy! Rent is competitive (as far as being next door to a trashy Motel I suppose), managers are decent but unavailable. Cleanliness and safety is poor! |
