Good place, solid construction From: Zipwow Date posted: 2/25/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002 1 response   The road noise isn't bad, with the exception of the occasional motorcycle, and that only in the bedroom on the street wall. Construction is solid, its a quiet building (I've never heard my neighbors), and very modern. Washer/Dryer in unit, etc. Concerns with repairs, etc are handled very promptly, and Jack the apartment manager is friendly and efficient. Rooftop garden very nice for 4th of July and new Year's celebrations.
