Mirabella Apartments

Great View, Great Location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   We've lived in the Mirabella apartments twice now. A 1bedroom on the north side of the building about 4 years ago, and after leaving Seattle for a few years, have returned to a 2 bedroom unit on the south end of the building. The view from the apartment is amazing, and is available from every room. The big downside is aurora ave outside your apartment, but it's the price you pay for the otherwise incredible location and great views of lake union and the seattle skyline, not to mention the view to bellevue and the cascade mountains. People keep to themselves, so don't expect community. I rarely even see my neighbors, even in the garage. Most seem to be 20-something and 30-something young urban professionals. Parking is $35/month. Storage units are available off the garage area. In our time at Mirabella, we've never had a breakin in our cars parked on the streets. Good place to live.
