These apartments are run by a slum lord.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Granted - although most tenants living there are disabled or low income, the only way that the Mirrorwood apartments could recieve a rating of 100%, would be the result of paying this site for advertising, or there are no past tenants living.
The current owner Sylvia will hang up on anyone who challenges the facts. She is very clear that expenses to maintain the property are not necessary.
We have seen, in the last two years, 2 owners and 3 onsite managers. They have a KNOWN ant infestation problem, that the only way to get resolved is to threaten with legal action. People with disabilities are the least preferred persons.
So lets rate them properly!
