Mosaic

 

We lived in the Mosaic for one year.

It took the manager 4 months to get our number into the outside buzzer, and 5 times of us asking, and on the 5th time demanding because we had a visitor coming that did not have a cell phone to call us when they got there.We had to slip a note under the door 2 of the times asking her, including the final time because she was NEVER in her office.

We also had a mold problem in our apt.

We lived on the 3rd floor which is the court yard level, and apperently when the building was built it was not sealed off properly (as told to us by the maintenence guy himself) and caused mold to grow under our carpet taking up over 60-75% of our living room floor.

At the time we were living in a studio, so in order to fix the problem we had to move all of our belongings out of the apt.

to another apt.

2 floors up.

She initially told us she did not know how long it would take to fix the problem, to which I asked her if we could just move for good to the other apt.

rather than having to move back inforth, as we were going to UW and it was finals week durring this time.

She replied that that was not an option and that we should not have to be out of our apt for more than a couple of days.

It turned out to be 4 days.

Needless to say it was a HUGE inconvienience and she clearly didn't give a S**T.

I would recomend staying as far away from this apartment building as possible!!!
