Miranda is kick ass Manager

We just moved in, honestly this is not the nicest of apartments (I think some apartments have more "newer" or "up to date" carpets, appliances, etc.) however for how it appears on the outside and the hall ways (looks pretty ghetto) the apartments itself are nice inside. We do not have new appliances but they are working and Miranda said she will replace them and put us on a waiting list as long as she has it in the budget. To tell you the truth most managers will not replace it unless it is broken, so for her to allow us to get new appliances is awesome. I have not lives here long but I like what is going on. Only one complaint is the apartments are not as updated like I said before and the windows are pretty old I believe (metal frames but double panned) I hope they put in the white plastic framed ones. I believe the apartments are not being totally remodeled because they don't want to make the rates unaffordable so they are doing it slowly and within budget. Miranda is extremely understanding and patient, she is just as nice in person as she is on the phone. Did I mention there is a courtyard on the ROOF. Lastly this apartment is not in the "ghetto" part of Lake City for all of you that are looking to live in this area try to avoid about 120th and on. A lot of Meth addicts/dealers/cooks live in this area and primarily a block or two off of lake city way.
